Message from Owner and President, Dan Rimkus
The humble beginnings of Dynamic 3PL reach back to 1997. Working out of a small room in the back of a ‘La Fiesta’ restaurant, I began the journey of this company on a whim and a prayer, with my mother actually being the first to join me on this venture. It took some time, patience, and a lot of hard work, but sure enough that persistence paid off in the form of a modest contract that got us off the ground and lit the fuse for our expansion. We soon brought in three employees to accommodate for this success. Then four. Then five. Then six. Pretty soon I began to recognize the semblance of a great team on my hands. A team that could deliver on the superior customer service necessary to succeed in this business. A team that could take us forward into a bigger and brighter future. Our team proved to do so time and time again. And I believe our growth speaks for itself.
As we begin our 20th year in business, my mom is still welcoming clients into our building, and I am proud to say our staff carries that same familial spirit through into our everyday workflow.
Somehow, between all the struggles, we’ve grown stronger as a team, even with such exponential increases in staff along the way. We have been truly blessed with wonderful customers and fantastic camaraderie among the members of our staff. It didn’t happen overnight, but we are deeply proud of all we have accomplished in this industry, and we look forward to where we go over the next twenty years.

- Transportation. Dynamic 3PL started as a transportation company almost 20 years ago. Since then, we have grown rapidly to serve our customers. To run a transportation and logistics operation properly you need the right technologies and a focus on process. At Dynamic we have both. Our operation is connected with WMS, TMS, RFID, bar codes, scanners and a variety of sensors and automation that provide up to visibility on our operations.
At Dynamic, we use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our processes. We use the KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Every process can become more effective (desired results) and more efficient (resources used).
When you think of warehousing, images of a dark, dirty, cavernous place comes to mind. That is not our style. Dirty, dingy warehouses lead to poor quality, unmotivated employees and a depressing work environment. Our warehouse is clean! Not just our clean room, not just the food areas – everywhere.
